Port of Miami Crane Management, Inc. (PMCM aka Crane Management) is soliciting inventory companies to provide a workforce of eight workers plus one supervisor, which constitutes a full staff, to conduct the annual physical inventory located within ten containers and a warehouse, during the dates of September 19^th thru September 30^th, 2022, at 2886 Port Boulevard, Miami, Florida 33132.

The inventory company shall include a total cost breakdown with their bid. The bid package will be available on August 29, 2022 and can be obtained by contacting Mr. Terrence Kelsey CPPB at [email protected] or calling at 305 381 6250 extension 210. All proposals should be submitted no later than Thursday, September the 8^th at 10:00 AM via email (above mentioned).

The inventory company shall provide full staff for the dates of September 19th thru September 27th, 2022. PMCM Management shall notify the inventory company in writing of the staffing level needs for September 28^th thru September 30^th, 2022. The Start time will be 7:30 AM 3:00 PM with 30 minutes lunch starting at 12:00 noon. All requirements and procedures are detailed in the RFQ.
