Port of Miami Crane Management, Inc. (PMCM or “Crane Management”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced structural steel repair and welding contractors to provide services for PortMiami’s Gantry Cranes 5–9 and 11–16, excluding Cranes 4 and 10. The successful proposer, upon award, will enter into a five (5) year contract with Port of Miami Crane Management, Inc., with the option to renew based on performance, mutual agreement, and the ongoing operational needs of the Port. Qualifications and prior experience are strictly required.
Interested Contractors are invited to submit their proposed schedule, methods to perform the work and price in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFP. The RFP package will be available on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, and can be obtained by e-mail to Millie Garcia at [email protected]. There will be a Pre-Proposal Meeting and site-visit held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 2650 Port Blvd., 2nd Floor, Miami, FL 33132, 10:00 a.m. EST. It is encouraged that all interested Contractor’s attend, prior to proposal submission. The bidding period shall close on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST.
