Port Miami Crane Management, Inc. (PMCM) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional Insurance Brokers (“Broker”) to provide comprehensive brokerage and advisory services for its insurance portfolio. Coverages currently include Property Insurance for cranes and related assets, Workers’ Compensation Insurance, Marine Liability Insurance, Automobile Insurance, Directors and Officers (D&O) Liability Insurance, and Cyber Liability Insurance.
The successful proposer, upon award, will enter into a five (5) year contract with Port of Miami Crane Management, Inc., with the option to renew based on performance, mutual agreement, and the ongoing operational needs of the Port. Qualifications and prior experience are strictly required.
All Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFP. The RFP package will be available on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, and can be obtained by e-mail to Millie Garcia at [email protected]. There will be a Pre-Proposal Meeting held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 2650 Port Blvd., 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33132, 10:00 a.m. EST. It is encouraged that all interested parties attend, prior to proposal submission. The bidding period shall close on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
