Port of Miami Crane Management, Inc. (PMCM), also known as Crane Management, is seeking qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for uniform rental and maintenance services, including the routine upkeep of facility doormats and first aid cabinet(s) at its PortMiami operations. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing high-quality, reliable services such as weekly rental, cleaning, upkeep, and replacement of employee uniforms, embroidery services as needed, regular maintenance and cleaning of facility doormats, and upkeep of first aid cabinet(s).
PMCM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a contract to the firm that best meets the requirements and demonstrates proven qualifications and relevant experience. The awarded contract will cover the full scope of services outlined in the RFP. Proposals must include a detailed pricing schedule, a description of the proposed methods and work schedule to deliver the required services, and evidence of qualifications and prior experience pertinent to this work.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting and site visit will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. EST at 2650 Port Blvd., 2nd Floor, Miami, FL 33132. Attendance is strongly encouraged to provide potential contractors with a thorough understanding of the work. For those interested but unable to attend in person, a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation will be sent to facilitate remote participation.
Proposals must be submitted no later than Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Please note that a Cone of Silence is in effect from the date of this advertisement until the contract is awarded, prohibiting any communication with PMCM staff about this procurement except as specifically authorized within the RFP.
