Port Miami Crane Management, Inc. (PMCM) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced sandblasting and painting contractors to provide services for PortMiami’s Gantry Cranes 5-9 and Cranes 11-16, excluding Cranes 4 and 10.
The successful proposer, upon award, will enter into a five (5) year contract with Port of Miami Crane Management, Inc., with the option to renew based on performance, mutual agreement, and the ongoing operational needs of the Port. Qualifications and prior experience are strictly required.
All Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFP. The RFP package will be available on Thursday, April 23, 2026, and can be obtained by e-mail to Millie Garcia at [email protected]. There will be a Pre-Proposal Meeting held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 2650 Port Blvd., 2nd Floor, Miami, FL 33132, 10:00 a.m. EST. It is encouraged that all interested parties attend prior to proposal submission. The bidding period shall close on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
All proposal requirements and procedures are detailed in the RFP, including the Cone of Silence which goes into effect on the date of this advertisement.
