Port of Miami Crane Management, Inc. (PMCM) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced manufacturers and/or authorized suppliers to furnish three (3) telescopic separating twin-lift container spreaders, brand name or equal to the Bromma STS45 Spreader, model STS45 20/40/45, for use within an active marine terminal environment at PortMiami.
The proposed spreaders must be fully compatible with PMCM’s existing Ship-to-Shore (STS) crane systems and shall comply with all operational, structural, and safety requirements outlined in the solicitation documents. The equipment shall be specifically engineered for high-duty cycle container handling operations in a marine port environment and must be capable of handling ISO containers in both single-lift and twin-lift configurations.
Interested Contractors are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ package will be available beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2026, and may be obtained by contacting Millie Garcia via email at [email protected].
Proposals must be received no later than Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. All proposal requirements and submission procedures, including the Cone of Silence, are detailed within the RFQ and shall take effect upon issuance of this advertisement. Please note that late proposals and/or proposals submitted via email will not be accepted.
