Port of Miami Crane Management, Inc., (PMCM aka Crane Management) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced structural steel contractors to supply steel plates, remove existing plates, surface preparation, installation, and coating of the new plates on the Girder to Jib Connection of PortMiami Gantry Crane 8 and remove the Shoring Device and restore areas (the “REPAIRS”). Interested firms are invited to submit their proposed schedule, methods to perform the work and price in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFQ. The RFQ package will be accessible on Thursday, February 25th, 2024, and can be obtained by contacting PMCM at 305-381-6250, x-223, Ms. Millie Garcia, or by e-mail to [email protected]. There will be a site-visit held on Thursday, February 1st, 2024, at 2650 Port Blvd., 2nd Floor, Miami, FL 33132, 9:00 a.m. EST, and it is encouraged that all interested bidders attend, prior to proposal submission. The bidding period shall close on Thursday, February 15th, 2024, at 3:00 PM EST.
